1. Acceptance of These Terms

Welcome to Crescent Press Studio ("Crescent Press Studio", "we", "us" or "our"), an independent digital publisher of Islamic printables, journals, trackers and free online tools, available at https://crescentpressstudio.com/ (the "Service").

By purchasing any product, using any tool, or otherwise accessing the Service, you confirm that you: (a) are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction); (b) have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms; (c) agree to our Privacy Policy; and (d) are authorised to enter into this agreement.

2. About Our Service

2.1  The Service offers two kinds of content:

• Free online tools — calculators, trackers, generators and reference pages (for example Zakat calculators, Quran trackers, the Eidi card generator and the Ramadan Advent Calendar generator). These are provided free of charge.
• Digital products — printable PDFs, journals, guides, planners and report-style downloads sold as one-time purchases.

2.2  All paid content is digital and delivered instantly. Download links are issued immediately after payment is confirmed. Because of the immediate digital delivery, refunds are limited as described in Section 6.

2.3  Our tools help you estimate and organise Islamic practice (prayer times, Zakat, Faraid and similar). They are reference tools, not religious rulings or legal advice — see Section 10.

3. Purchases & Payment

3.1  Each purchase is a one-time transaction. By completing a purchase you authorise Crescent Press Studio to charge the amount shown at checkout to your chosen payment method.

3.2  Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout. Unless stated otherwise, prices do not include applicable taxes (such as VAT, GST or sales tax); where required by law, taxes will be calculated and collected at checkout.

3.3  All card payments are processed securely by Waffo Pancake, our payment processor, in accordance with PCI-DSS requirements. Full card numbers never pass through or are stored on our servers. See our Privacy Policy for details.

3.4  We may update prices for future purchases at any time. Changes to pricing do not affect purchases already completed.

4. Subscriptions (If Offered)

4.1  From time to time we may offer subscription plans (for example, recurring access to new seasonal printables). If you subscribe to a paid plan, you expressly authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis — weekly, monthly, quarterly or yearly, as shown at checkout — until you cancel.

4.2  Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. Annual subscribers will receive a reminder before renewal.

4.3  Current plans and pricing, when available, are shown on the relevant product or pricing page before checkout.

5. Cancellation

5.1  One-time purchases do not require cancellation; the download is yours after purchase.

5.2  Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time by contacting us at [email protected] from your registered email address, or through any self-service option offered at checkout. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will not be charged again afterwards.

6. Refund Policy

6.1  Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, purchases are generally non-refundable once delivered. Exceptions:

• 7-day first-purchase guarantee — if a purchased file is defective or cannot be downloaded due to our error, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will resolve the issue or refund the purchase in full.
• Duplicate or erroneous charges — if you are charged twice or charged an incorrect amount due to a billing error, we will refund the erroneous charge in full.
• Statutory rights — where applicable law grants a right of withdrawal or refund (for example the EU/UK 14-day cooling-off period), that right is preserved.

6.2  To request a refund, email [email protected] with your order email address, transaction ID and the reason. We will respond within 2 business days and process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

6.3  Not eligible for refund: requests made after the 7-day window for delivered, undamaged files; accounts closed for breach of these Terms.

7. Billing Disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first at [email protected] before filing a dispute with your bank. We respond within 2 business days and resolve confirmed billing errors within 5 business days.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• infringe any third-party intellectual property or privacy rights;
• generate, host or distribute unlawful, defamatory, harassing or fraudulent content;
• interfere with or disrupt the Service, its security features or other users;
• resell or redistribute purchased files, in whole or in part, without our prior written permission (see Section 9);
• violate any applicable law, regulation or card network rule.

9. Intellectual Property & License

9.1  All content on the Service — including printable designs, journals, guides, code, text, graphics and brand assets — is the property of Crescent Press Studio and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

9.2  When you purchase a digital product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download, print and use the files for your own personal or family use (and, where the product says so, for your classroom or small-group use).

9.3  You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, republish or share purchased files — in original or modified form — including uploading them to shared drives, marketplaces or print-on-demand services, without our prior written permission. Commercial use is not included in the licence.

11. Data, Privacy & Security

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy. Payment card data is handled exclusively by our PCI-DSS compliant payment processor, Waffo Pancake, and is never stored on our servers.

12. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

12.1  The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or accuracy of calculations or content.

12.2  To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crescent Press Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, and our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you materially breach these Terms, engage in suspected fraud, or where required by law. If we terminate for reasons other than your breach, prepaid unused amounts will be refunded proportionally. You may stop using the Service at any time.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Crescent Press Studio is established. Before initiating any formal proceeding, please contact us at [email protected] to attempt an informal resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be handled in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced at least 14 days before they take effect via the website or email. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
